What makes you come alive?! For me it’s that adventurous feeling of traveling somewhere new, being out in nature (woods, ocean, by the lake, in a field, on a mountain), or feeling that awesome energy within a kick-ass concert setting!
Bring you new energy by day
May the moon,
Soulfully restore you by night
May the rain,
Wash away your worries
May the breeze,
Blow new strength into your being
May you walk,
Gently through the world and know its beauty all the days of your life.

Lots of transitions coming again…
We just put our house for sale this week as we have found one that suits our family much better. It’s bigger, better built and still on the lake (just up the street from where we are now). So… we will soon have two lakefront homes. If we do not sell this one soon, we’ll use it as a rental property. We are waiting to list with a realtor - hopefully it will sell. We want to hold on to as much of the cash as possible.
The other big news is that hubby is going into private practice… he gave his notice at work (a six month one)… it’s crazy but really, really exciting. It means more money for our family, most likely… as well as more flexibility in his schedule.
I’m going to be officially employed (3 days per week) by my former agency to allow for a bit more stability for our family in terms of finances and affordable health insurance. I have mixed feelings about it yet I know it’s best for us right now.
I’m happy - still feeling balanced and excited about what’s to come. :)
I’m about to go outside with my little ones to put some flowers in our gardens… I’m excited to dig in the dirt with them and make the area around our house a little more colorful!
